Brian Lock

Rosa has been with our office since September of 2010 and currently serves as our Office Manager. She resides in Highwood and is fluent in Italian. She is a part of the Sacred Heart, Highland Park High School Sports, and the Highwood Fire Pension Board. In her spare time you can see her around town with her husband, son, daughter and puppy, or possibly at a sports game. No one is more dedicated to their State Farm customers and community than Rosa.

Joanne has been an Account Representative with our office since we opened our doors in March of 2010. She lives locally in Highwood and is a supporter of St. James Church. Her Italian heritage brings out her love for cooking and entertaining in her free time. While her husband and family are first in her life, the State Farm customers she helps are a close second.

Carla has been an Account Representative with our office since August of 2016. She lives in Highland Park with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys watching sports (especially basketball and soccer). Growing up in Guatemala and speaking Spanish as a primary language has allowed Carla to connect with our local Hispanic community in different ways, and she takes great pride in doing what she can for State Farm customers.

Jennifer has been an Account Representative with our office since March of 2022. She lives in Mundelein with her fiancé, son and dog. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen cooking more food than necessary, or on the North Shore supporting a local family restaurant. While her family comes first, she does wat she can to support her friends and State Farm customers as well.

Susie has been a Customer Service Representative with our office since November of 2014. She is a Highwood native and a Highland Park High School alum (GO GIANTS). Susie loves dogs, is a dog fostering household, and just recently adopted her third dog. In addition to being a wonderful mother to her two daughters, she also takes great pride in going above and beyond for State Farm customers.

Victoria has been a Customer Service representative since January 2007. She is a North Chicago native who received her bachelors degree in English from The University of Wisconsin Parkside, and is a proud member of a National Sorority. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her one and only son, roller skating, binge watching a good series, and also takes pride in going above and beyond for State Farm customers.

Yoselin has been a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative in our office since February of 2022. Although she currently lives in Mundelein, she grew up in Waukegan enjoying all things nature, spending time with her family, and developing new hobbies every other week. Helping others is one of the many things that Yoselin has a passion for, and through her ever-growing knowledge as well as Spanish speaking background, she is able to enjoy doing just that for our community of diverse customers.

Jenni has been a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative in our office since September of 2023. She currently resides in Highwood for about 2 years now but grew up in Wheeling for the majority of her life. Jenni has a huge love of cats, with also having two cats of her own. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as trying new hobbies and is always open to trying new things, right now she has been enjoying reading books and doing yoga in her free time.

Tracy has been an Account Representative of our office since March of 2024. She is a Lisle native with eight years of working experience in the North Shore. In her spare time, you can find her tending to her gardens, cooking, reading a good book, on the water boating or spending time with her large Irish family. Tracy's background in human relations and customer care propels her to go above and beyond for her State Farm customers and their families.
